We are the leading installer of James Hardie Siding Products in Johnson County and one of few companies who still use full time, specialized, experienced staff. We offer a focused range of premium services designed to meet the needs of homes in the Kansas City area including hand painting, siding (repair and replacement), Pella Windows, and roof replacement. Most of our business is by word of mouth referral, and estimates for most projects are provided by our owner.

Our Owner
Robert Patrick – President, Founder and Sole Owner. 15 years Industry Experience, 12 Years Tenure
Robert is a graduate from Rockhurst College with a degree in Accounting. He has 15 years experience in the remodeling industry here in the Kansas City market and has owned and operated his own business since 1996. He is a licensed contractor in Johnson County and has numerous other manufacturer certifications. His daily responsibilities include project estimating, project oversight, and customer service.
