Combining premium installation with top-of-the-line products, from reputable manufacturer’s and suppliers is a recipe for a successful, lasting project.  Many manufacturer’s recognize reputable installers through “certified” or “preferred” status.  As many product warranties are contingent on proper installation using a contractor with solid manufacturer relationships (and training) helps ensure these guidelines are followed.  In some cases, clients of “preferred” or “certified” contractors are eligible for enhanced warranty coverage and manufacture support.  Using inferior or generic products (or installers) will inevitably lead to disappointment with little or no available resolution aside from paying to have the work redone.

At Patrick Exteriors, we install and promote only premium products.  We attain the highest levels of manufacturer training and certification available.  Patrick Exteriors maintains close relationships with James Hardie, Pella, Simonton, Timbertech Azek, and Sherwin Williams.  Patrick Roofing does the same with major manufacturer’s including CertainTeed, GAF, and Malarky.  These relationships insure these quality products are installed according to best practices and that our clients are taken care of in the event of a problem.
